This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Plenti Impact Ltd ("Plentii") engages to process personal data on our behalf when providing the Plentii platform. It fulfils the commitment in Section 6.2 of our
Data Sharing Agreement
to maintain an up-to-date list of sub-processors, and supports the disclosures in our
Privacy Policy.
1. What a sub-processor is
A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that processes personal data on our behalf to help us deliver the Plentii platform. We impose data protection obligations on each sub-processor that are no less protective than those we are subject to, and we share only the minimum personal data necessary for the relevant service.
2. Current sub-processors
Mailgun (Sinch / Mailgun Technologies, Inc.)
- Service provided: Outbound transactional email delivery (for example, sign-in links, booking confirmations, and notifications).
- Personal data processed: Recipient email address, the subject and content of the email, and the message identifier used to track it.
- Delivery-event data flow: After we hand a message to Mailgun for delivery, Mailgun reports delivery events back to Plentii through secure, signed webhooks. We record these events — delivered, bounced (permanent failure), complained (marked as spam), and unsubscribed — against the message so we can confirm that important emails reach you and diagnose delivery problems. We do not track email opens or link clicks.
- Processing locations / transfers: Mailgun may process data in the United States and other locations. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, EEA, or South Africa, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent measures).
3. Changes to this list
We may update this list from time to time as our service providers change. The latest version will always be available on this page. If you have questions about our sub-processors, please contact us at
